Arrow Bogg's Down

SO i recently changed out spark plugs, wires, Distributor, and New fuel filter.

I can't figure why i still bogg down in second gear.

So my car starts up fine and idle's fine. I pull out of my driveway and get like five houses down , i'm in second gear and all the sudden my car feels like it looses power. Nothing with the lights . Nothing elecctrical-I think. It feels more like a gas issue. I was thinking maybe Fuel Injectors? Does this sound related in anyway?

I's more like a stall out, but the engine doesn't die. If leave the same amout of pressure on the gas pedal or let up it always get's back up in 2 or 3 seconds. So the stall itself is only like 2 or 3 seconds long. And i never have to pump the gas to get it to come back. Normally i just put it back in neutral and everythig is fine .

Mostly only happens in the first 30 seconds of actually driving foward. In second gear. And it doesn't happen every time i get in the gar.

Any Ideas? Any Suggestions?

I haven't put any fuel injector in my car. I'm just leary about pouring anything in my gas tank other than Gas if u know what i mean?

I have had my car for a little over 2 years and i don't think the person before me ever replaced any parts under the hood.

Anybody ever use fuel injector cleaner? Any good reviews? Would this be a good place to start?

Did it do that before the tune up? Either way you may want to heck the spark plug gap and make sure it is at recommended tolerances.
As for fuel additive, I ran Seafoam through the gas, half a bottle per fill up for two fill ups on my 98 LX and it cleared up so.e hesitation.
best of luck. Let us know how it goes.

ya it was doing that before i tuned it up. But now that i have noticed it , the problem hasent's happened in the last 2 days now. So i'm starting to wonder. It only does it every now and then. I might try that sea foam.
