ya depending on your price you want to spend...
if your preaty cheap just buy some realy nice bubls!
then if ya realy want to have realy NICE otuput then use some true HIDs (bulbs, ballasts) not those fake just bulbs...
personaly i always sugest HIDs... you will suffer your high beams BUT your lows will just about be as bright
i just put some carbon fiber style headlight covers on my civic and i must say WOW they block ALOT more light than i thought they would.LOL im definatly gotta put the HIDs on order soon.

yes fog lights will help, he will have 2 more lights, that are in my case, brighter than my stock ones, therefore he will have increased his light output, thus solving his crappy light output problem! btw....the walmart fogs are just sold at walmart, i found out that my local autozone sells them for $10 more...

OEM FTW!!!!.
FlipHKD the reason i said what i did about the wallmart ones is that they do not match the body lines of the car at all, and the fitment is qestionable.
And Baker that is a nice Ej there.
