Stock cars have to keep thier comfort too ( Noise in this case), thats why you dont see them with CAI and Exhaust for thier target market is not for people who would sacrificecomfort for performance. They go for whatever is the biggest share in the market( which is the regular people who dont care about performance).
Its same thing with stiffened suspension, handle better but not comfortable of a ride.
