bucking problem
Im experiencing the same problems as above. How do you calibrate a new TPS first of all, I installed a new IACV & TPS but the problem is still not gone. When I drive the car for about 10 minutes it begins bucking if I turn the car off and back on it stops temporarily. This leads me to ask could it be that my electrical connector on my TPS or IACV be bad. My car is 97 Civic EX 5 Spd
yea the tps is properly calibrated. I got that fixed and it fixed the responding time of the car and helped the bucking a little bit. I just found out today though that my ecu might be fried because when dropping in the engine i connected two plugs wrong. the vtec solinoid plug and the engine coolant temp plug. I got those two switched around and thats probably what fried the ecu. So basically the ecu isn't managing the engine properlly causing the weird behaivior. And its having trouble responding to any racing program so thats super lame.
Thanks for the help guys.
