A/C hot air but condenser dripping water?

Changed the A/C compressor but problems
I changed my compressor and did all the good stuff and was working fine. Now the clutch is not engaging and the radiator fans do not come on, but if I go to turn off my A/C, the compressor turns on and the radiator fans turn on. What did I do wrong?
