I assume it goes to the dryer? Is this the unit on the drivers side just to the front of the fender well? This is where its headed after the splice...

The diagrams below show component locations and the A/C circuit diagram (partial, missing heater control panel). This may help you sort things out.

Ah... that's the heater control panel? I was assuming you meant the one in the dash. That I have found... it houses the fuses in the engine bay as well... Mine is on the passenger side.

No, the under-hood fuse box is hown. The heater control panel (not shown) is located in the dash.

It looks to me like the Red wire and Blue wire in the photo run to the A/C pressure switch in the receiver/dryer. One of those wires should run to the multiplex control unit in the under-dash fuse box and the other should run to the heater control panel. Is your system wired this way? Where do the three wires from the compressor lead?

that's it! From what I can tell that is how I remember the entire layout to be including how the wires are bundled.

Default Results!

So I was checking the electrical as suggested and was finding no issues... I decided to take the car to Kaufman Tires to see what they thought about my weird noise in the passenger side front...
Link to thread

When the car was in the air they noticed that my High pressure AC line was touching the Belt. It had rubbed a hole clean thru. So $200.00 later I was all fixed up with a new line and a recharge. Who knew they worked on AC? Much better then the $600.00 quote from Honda!

Close up...

We knew the car had been in a BAD front end wreck before we got it. Seems this lead to the cramped position on the line and caused the eventual rub thru. Since the line is AL it did not do enough damage to the belt for a replacement... Thank goodness!

All works perfect now!

Thanks for all your help!
