Default Fan Belt Replacement

I have a d16y7 and It's time to replace the old squeaky fan belt. I already have the part i was just wondering how you remove the old one and replace the new one.

wow can you take a picture of this fan belt...is your civic rwd.... a honda's fan is electric
your's is one of a kind...

No my Civic is front wheel drive.

do you mean a alternator belt? or the a/c belt because civics dont have fan belts they have elctric fans

I got kind of worried when I saw the thread topic... Although i know that the fan is electric, I see my step brothers d16y7 on the daily and know for a fact there is no fan belt in case someone isnt sure. The only belts you have that you can see and hear like that would be either the alternator, A/C, or power steering belt. Post a picture of what you're talking about

As others have said, there isn't a fan belt.

OP: The PS, A/C, and alternator belts are collectively referred to as drive belts. Do you want to replace all of them?

O sorry my bad still a Civic noob and its the belt on the right side of the engine close to the front.

there are 2/3 belts there which component does it goto the a/c compressor,,,,the p/s,,,,,the alternator....
