if you replaced a dx with an EX, and didn't extend the wires for the o2 sensor, you're throwing a CEL and are getting put into limp mode.

also, if you get a manual transmission ECU, you'll get rid of the CEL from not having the right transmission in...

obviously you half assed the transmission swap if you've still got the old shifter in your car.

fix that while you're at it

no my brother left the old shifter in there as an kill switch since he didnt have an alarm on the car and just recently they stole a car on my street so i too have been using the automatic shifter as an kill switch too. but i think ur right about header. on my old header there was TWO wire attch to it sicne on the DX header a CAT convrter was hook up to it. so i think one wire was for th CAT and one was for the oxygen sensor. but when i put the DC headers on it only had one opening for the oxygen sensor i guess. so what should i have done with the CAT sensor or am i wrong?

hey guys i just wanted to inform u guys that i figured the problem out the problem was on my DX header it had 2 switch and on the DC headers it had one switch opening so i hadconnected the DC header oxygen sensor to the wrong switch. to me i think i connect the oxygen sensor to the CAT switch. but since my car doesnt have a CAT it was working so all i had to do was try the other switch which turns out to be the Oxygen sensor switch. So thank u guy for all the Help
