alright thanks,
the ignition timing should help with the bad response correct?
and no CEL codes still.

I think ill have a pro set timing im still just an amateur.

You can buy a timing gun for about $30. Or some auto parts stores offer free rentals. It's not difficult to do.

Does the CEL work?

I'm not sure if it does the check engine light never comes on, so probably not. it hasn't been throwing out codes.

The CEL bulb is burned out or a previous owner removed it to hide CEL codes.

Have you checked for codes with an OBDII code reader?

Remove the cluster to check the CEL bulb:
