Default CEL Codes

Ok well I already talked about this, but I have more info so I was wondering what anyone can tell or help me.

Well my car has be idling weird the last few months and about once a month my CEL would come on a throw two codes: P0304 Cylinder 4 misfireand P1399 Manufactures control Ignition system OR Misfire.

Now I changed my Plugs and Wires less than a year ago, but maybe I will still replace them and also replace my rotor and distributor cap this spring.

I think it's getting worse though because my car is idling worse. Usually it will Idle around 2,000RPM's or when Ive been driving it a lot it will around 100 which is barely even moving.

The CEL now comes on more often. It used to be once a month now it's once every other day and idiling is like standing beside train tracks the car sputters and bounces and the exhaust get's loud and soft.

Really sound like you have air in your coolant. Bleed the air out of that then see.

You may have small holes in your heater hoes.

Well Ill try that last, but from everything online it seems to be towards the distributor, Plugs or wires.

Anyone else?
