Center fan/heat/air cluster lights
I was just swapping the radio in my '91 so I took a look at how the panel goes together. After the radio is out, unscrew the panel and lower it down. Then you can pull the ***** off and unclip the front part from the rest of the control assembly and reach the light bulb sockets. It should not be necessary to disconnect the push-pull control cables or remove the CC panel completely from the car.
Of course the bulbs might be good, and the wire has been cut or unplugged during previous shoddy work on the radio.

Thanx a bunch you guys! .. pulled it apart today and sure enough, both bulbs are burnt out, simple fix, or is it?? ... I went ALL over the city today with no luck finding the proper bulbs for the job (14V 4W) grrrrr! Was refered to the Honda dealership but of course, thier closed today!
ya just buy them from the dealership... they SHOULD have them......
i know my 99 heater controls/ ac buttons had lights burned out.... but i customized my main controls to lite up blue and i just left the lower AC buttons unlite cause i couldnt get the blue leds light pattern to flow smoothly so i just left them out! the indicator lights are good enough and even beter when i upgraded thier leds
