civic 2001 no crank no start

Default civic 2001 no crank no start

So today I starter my car fine drove to work fine, and after I got out of work 8hrs later my car didn't start no crank not even the clicking sound makes when battery is weak had someone try jump me and let sit there for a bit and nothing. Im thinking is starter

Do the headlights work? If they come on., turn the key trying to start and see if they stay on. If not, the whole car is having trouble getting power from the battery. This is often a bad connection at the battery. I have also seen batteries with a broken connection inside, those worked perfectly one minute and the next minute are stone dead.

I figure I was test all the fuse with my meter and I notice there was splice wire thick black wire and I guess last owner removed a bypass and didn't do a good job putting wiring back correctly. I guess this wire goes to the ignition after I fixed the car starter right up. Thank you for ur reply.
