Default Civic Decided to stop starting

Whats up guys,

I have a 97 Honda civic EX. I took it for a 30 minute drive and parked it. Went back into the car to leave, and it didnt want to start. So instead of watching the super bowl, I was out trying to figure out whats wrong with my car. So now when I try to start the car, I don't hear the main relay click, and I also don't hear the fuel pump wine when you first turn the key to the II position. So first thing I did was remove my kill switches and direct wire them back. One by the fuel pump, the other by the Main relay. Main relay I used the ground wire and put a switch in between, the fuel pump I used the Yellow with green,12v to put the switch on. When I turn my key to II, the srs, oil, and battery light all are on. I checked the main relay ground,2, and battery power,1, and the main relay is receiving power with the key off or on. When I turn the key to II, the 1 pin still has power, but the 3,5, 7 pin do not. Also, I tried testing the pump yellow with green that supposed to be 12v and it doesnt have any power going to it. I checked all the fuses and they all are fine. I figured there might be a chance it could be the main relay and swapped it out, but same thing. Also, when I try to connect an obd2 scanner, it says link error. Im letting my car sit over night with the negative off of the battery and am here to kindly ask what should I do next.

not sure about the older models but in the newer civics if your unable to link a scanner it usually means the ecu is fried.

Or the ECU is not getting power on all the power wires, or the ground circuit is bad. Test all the power feeds at the ECU and also confirm that the grounds are grounded. All the ground wires lead back to the engine at a single point on the thermostat housing.

Would you be able to point me to a schematic of what volts I should expect to measure where?

Hey everyone. I went and got me a multimeter and instead of doing a visual inspection I did a actual test on each fuse under the dash. Ended up being the fuse for the ignition coil not working even though it visually looked fine. Switched the fuse and the main relay clicked on and the fuel pump primed. Thanks
