ok guys need some help local honda dealer cant find anything wrong! i have a 2008 honda civic si that when not rolling the front end is making a noise like a bad or low power steering pump like a growling sound. i kno it doesnt have one but similar. the noise comes and goes i took it to honda and at the time it wasnt doing it. but just wondering if anyone has ever had this problem and thank you in advance for any help

Could cold temperatures have anything to do with when it occurs. I have seen power steering fluid that would break down at cold temperatures.
