ok so for some reason the back lights for my climate control do not always work but come on randomly and if i slide eather the temp control or air power control when it is working it it shuts off. by the way it's on a 96. any help would be great.

 

Mine does the same thing. Im thinking its some kind of relay from when you turn the lights on. I didnt even know they lit up for a month when they suddenly popped on. Im gonna poke around in there one of these days. oh and im a 97
