Default Code reader fuse

I went to get my car inspected, 98 civic ex with a obd2b d16y7, no codes on so that's good. He told me the code reader diet have power going to it so I need to figure out what fuse goes to the obd code reader plug, I looked through ALL of them and they all spear good and I changed all the ones I wasn't to sure about, still didn't work so does anyone know what fuse that is? Thanks
