compression & flow....
Hi guys,
im looking for a new head, and im stuck... i dont know whether to get the head with the higher compression, or the better flowing head... the engine is standard other than a few bolt ons... what would the advantages and disadvantages be of each?

You could get both at the same time. If you are looking for performance then get it ported and polished and if you need more compression get it milled. Downside would be that you will need ecu tuning (if you consider that a bad thing, I don't really but it is just more money you will have to spend) and always run 91+ octane.
