Default Cooling Fan

Hopefully somebody may have some more ideas for me.
1996 Honda Civic DX 2 door coupe, Auto. 172,000
My cooling fan is not turning on so i am overheating.
so far i have replaced the ECT sensor, thermal temp sensor, Relay, and thermostat
still the fan will not turn on, right now i have a jumper wire in the relay so the fan will run
all the time when the car is on.

This isnt really any help but I had the same problem with mine as well. I changed everything and couldnt get it to work so I just installed a toggle switch that allows me to turn it on or off so its not running all the time and eventually burn out the fan motor.
