Default cv axle cause tranny problem?

My passenger cv axle was clicking when I turned probably due to the rims. I had it replaced this past wknd and when I drove it it drove fine for about 20mins. It started slipping on 2nd and 3rd gear and my car is auto. I let off it and it changed the gears well enough to get home. When I took it out of park the engine and tranny kicked nasty. My mechanic had cleaned the tranny area with carb cleaner because there's an oil leak that we've both been trying to pin point where its coming from. The oil levels are fine in the car so its not that but I sent him back to check my car out yesterday and it stopped doing the kicking and slipping all of a sudden. Should I be worried this problem will reoccur? Or should I write it off as some cleaner made contact with something it shouldn't have?

Is the transmission low on fluid? Was it refilled with genuine Honda fluid?
