ok i got the code scanned and it was the idle contol valve ..i got the code erased it kinda fixed it ishouldsaythe rpms are abit jumpy still but not as bad as when i had the CEL on . i will be replacing the ICV soon tho

As you say, the IACV code generally indicates a faulty IACV; however, if cleaning or replacing the valve does not fix the problem, then you may want to troubleshoot the IACV/ECU circuit.
