I'm having problems with my dash lights. When I turn on the parking or head lights, they sometimes won't come on for a few seconds (maybe 3 to 5). I'm just trying to figure out if anyone has experienced this or has a fix for this.

Another issue I'm having is with one of the bulbs behind the flow control - the one that lights the selector for where the air should go. It generally never comes on, but everyonce in a while it does. When I first got the car I thought it was burn out, then it came on one trip, and has only come once or twice since then.

Two things on this problem:
- What do you think is the cause and/or solution to this problem?
- If this is a bulb problem, how hard is it to replace a bulb in that part of the dash? and How do you do it?
