Dash and tail lights off, then on...then off, 1994 Civic
1994 Civic EX Coupe, AT
Lately whenever I start the car and turn on the headlights the dash lights and tail lights do not go on. After driving around for about 15 minutes they go back on. Other times, they will only go on when I turn the parking lights on (no headlights). I checked the fuse and it looks fine.
Does anyone have any experience with this issue?
