Died out on a hill. Now it wont start
Well yeah. Driving up a hill one day, made a turn in 2nd gear and my 93 civic started to bog out. Even after i pressed in the clutch, my rpms didnt raise up and my car died out. I tried starting it up again but it only cranks. I don't know what the problem is Fuel pump? Main/Fuel Relay? Fuses?

First check for basic power functions. Turn the key on but don't try to start. The CEL should come on then go out, and the fuel pump should run and then stop. Next pull the brake handle up and watch that the BRAKE light on the dash stays on all the time while you try to start. It's powered from the same circuit that runs the ignition system.
Three big reasons for sudden death on the road are a stripped/skipped timing belt, blown ignition coil, or distributor rotor coming loose (screw fell out). So check the cam timing and confirm that the spark plugs fire.
