Default Dizzy swap

I have a 98 civic with a 93 H22a swapped in.

It currently has a TD-60U dizzy,
I'm thinking it is starting to go out.

That dizzy has the internal coil, but the car has a msd coil with the lead wires ran into the dizzy.

Can I use a TD-61U with external coil?
I'm guessing I can, just not positive on the 2 wire plug on the external dizzy as to which wire is which for the coil.

Thanks
Dayton
