Do i have A/C?
I have a 1996 Civic EX Coupe and it has 3 belts. 1 for the AC compressor, 1 for the power steering and the other for crankshaft pulley. Maybe the last owner just took off the belt to get better mpg. If you are looking down at your engine, see if you can see a pulley with no belt on it. It should be just under the first belt if I remember correctly.
Good luck! Maybe all you have to do is just install a new belt and voila, you will have COLD AC.

you cannot see a freon leak,,,,,,,,,,
take car to a shop, have them chk the a/c system,, ,, if system is empty, they need to add some freon and some dye.. if there is a leak they will be able to see the dye ooze out by using some ultra-violet goggles ,,if there is a leak fix the leak .. well depending on where the leak is at it could be expansive ( compressor ) ..
I have seen a lot of pressure hoses leak
