door malfunction....need help

Default door malfunction....need help

I started another thread earlier, but got past that part....now i am unable to fix my problem. The problem is, that my door wouldnt close(something wrong with the mechanism. Then I hit the lock unlock button and my passanger door is locked and i cannot get the mechanism to open. can someone help?

I had the same problem, mine went down too far and it wouldn't go back up I just messed around with the key it seems like it locked and wouldn't unlock eventualy after prying it with a screw driver and trying to unlock it it eventually opened I know this isn't too much help but i have had it happen twice i still don't know how to actually fix it but after messing around with it for a while it eventually unlocked

I took the door panel off, and played around with it. Now the outside handle works, but the door cannot be opened from the inside. Any ideas? i might try buying a new linkage...are they seperate linkages?
