EDIT CORRECTON:
With the injectors unplugged, you should measure voltage at the Yel/Blk of the either main or auxiliary injector connector for 2 seconds after the key is turned to ON(II). You should measure about 10V from the Red wire or the Yel wire of the auxiliary or main injector with the key in ON(II).

Default tried it

ok so i have 11.4 volts at the red wire. the yellow black wire has nothing, and it does not show continuity to ground at any time.....so my next item is trying to locate the relay that everyone keeps talking about. is it actually plugged into the fuse box, or is it just in that general area, is it in the kick panel? im not having much luck identifying it from the others at the fuse panel. other than that i think the ecu is going to be my next check.

The Yel/Blk wire should show battery voltage for 2 seconds immediately after the key is turned to ON(II). Did you test for this? If this wire never has voltage, then test or replace the main relay.

Voltage on the Red wire suggests the ECU may be fine.

ok, after searching the kick panel, i finally found the relay! now according to the manual, when i check the single yellow/black wire there was no voltage. when i check the yellow/white wire, there was 12 volts. the relay tested good. so i ran a jumper to the yellow/black terminal on the relay (the single wire) and the car runs fine. so i just need to trace this wire, dont have any idea where it goes, ran out of time last night. but thats the source of the problem, no 12 volts at the yellow black wire.
