Took my car to Autozone to get Engine codes and below are the ECU Codes as well as information that was printed out from their database.

p0420

A/F Ratio concern
Air Leak near HD25 (heated oxygen sensor) Bank1
Ignition System Concern
Faulty Catalytic Converter

Electric Load Detector Current High Input
Open or Chort Circuit connection
Failed ECM

One thing to note is the car seems to be running like a champ, my buddy and I did replace the TDC Sensor a few months back that fixed and issue with the engine stalling every now and then. We did have to take the Valve cover off to replace and didn't replace the gasket at the time, I am ordering a new gasket in hopes that it might be leaking air, I have not noticed any leaking oil. Could this could possibly take care of the p0420 engine code?

Any suggestions on the two ECU Codes would be appreciated.

Also to note the car does have a little over 200k miles, any other recommendations of stuff to start checking for and replacing would be helpful as well.
