ECU reset
I just swapped in a d15B (low mile japanese import) old motor had 245k. My car is a 91 civic LX. I got everything done today, timed it and drove it a bit. My CEL is on and codes 10 and 14 are flashing. I checked the resistance on the IAC valve and voltage on the connector according to the haynes manual specs and it is good. Apparently I need to reset the ecu. I don't know which fuse the hazard fuse is. Can anyone help or give me a better way to reset the ecu.
While I was swapping motors I cleaned the intake out with carb cleaner and I wonder if I did something to cause problems?
How do I reset the ecu?

Thanks Ron.
I have gotten to the point where everything checks out fine but still getting the CEL for both sensors. If I am in neutral just giving it gas the rpms bounce up and down. Any suggestions on what to do. Did I do something wrong by cleaning these sensors with regular carb cleaner? The next step in my manual says to go to a certified repair center. But what can they do, replace them? Would I be wasting my money by buying the sensors from a salvage yard?
