Electrical prob.

A while back i took my dash out of my car and i noticed a problem. My parking lights and windshield wipers stayed on along with my running light in the rear. My headlights wont come on unless i pull the switch towards me in the car. anyway i put the dash back in and i still have the same problem. Any suggestions?

Btw its a 92 civic dx
