Hello all,I am a new civic owner.I just bought a 1993 Civic and have some electrical problems. The speedo moves just a lil,kinda fluctuates but never goes over 0.The cruise control doesnt work..nor do the power locks or the horn.The SRS light is on also(never in an accident)The previous owner said all this happened in the same day,for no apparent reason. Pleae help a new civic owner get his car on the road.Thanks-Dustin

 

I would start by checking your fuses. Check your in cab fuses and then your fuses under the hood.
