I know this is a shot in the dark, but I have a question about high-flow cat exhausts.
I'd like to buy a 93 civic with the original engine but a generic aftermarket high-flow exhaust.
the owner lives in a SC town that doesn't require emissions testing.
I on the other hand live in a NC town that does.
does anybody think the civic has a chance of passing emissions testing?
