Default engine swaps

I have a 95 civic with sohc vtech, heavy frame damage. engine runs great. Purchased a 93 civic with a 16v engine thats blown.looks like a simple swap to me however I read that the ecu must be changed;will it plug in or do I have to rewire any harness? Will the transaxles fit the same? does it matter that the 95 had 4 wheel disk and the 93 doesnt?
I am in Las Vegas does anyone know a good frame shop that could fix the frame instead? the rest of the 95 is in much better shape. Everywhere I called was 500 to 800 to straighten frame.

Engine will drop in and run without changing anything else. In order for the VTEC feature to actually work you would need to change the ECU and the harness, or add a few wires to the existing harness for the VTEC valve. VTEC only acts above 5000 rpm for more horsepower, which is fun, but economy-minded daily drivers don't really need it.
