Is the clicking noise heard at idle, normal running, or accelerating?

If the clutch wasn't abused, you might get 20-30k miles. Is the clutch slipping or chattering?

Ticking often is due to a needed valve lash adjustment. Some Honda have a loud injector pulse, others have LMA's (VTEC motors only) that are bad and tick. Could be any of the three if you hear it at idle.

Have the valves adjusted first, and you can hold a screwdriver up to the injectors and your ear to tell if the ticking is coming from them.
