evap problems.

Default evap problems.
My 98 Civic ex has a D16y8 and is throwing these codes:
P0301= cyliner 1 misfire
P0302=cylinder 2 misfire
P0303=cylinder 3 misfire
P1399= Misfire
and
P1457= evap leak

my question is what could be causing the evap leak and can the evap leak be the reason for the other codes????

Usually the evap leak code is just the gas cap is not on tight or the seal in the gas cap is bad. It will not cause misfiring, that's another problem.
