Default EVAP problems

I've been getting a CEL for evap leak. swapped out a known working ECU, gas cap, and entire engine bay evap system with no luck. All thats left is under the car, which I am completely unfamiliar with.

The diagram on Majestic honda looks like an explosion of little hoses, brackets and valves with lines going everywhere. Anyone have a decent picture or diagram of the under car fuel system on 99-00 civic?

Also, the CEL will stay off after being reset as long as the tank stays over half full. The car takes quite a few cranks to start when the tank is between 1/4 and empty. does this help identify the culprit at all?

Any tips would be appreciated, im going to the junk yard tomorrow, and Im trying to sell the car(not mine) within the week.
