Well, after getting no responses on here for several days, I traced every wire from the AC system to the ecu. I located 1 cut wire and 2 pinched wires in the connector near the air filter box. Once fixing them, the condensor fan kicked on, and I checked all the wires back to the ecu. A15 was not sending a signal, even though b5 was. I swapped with a good ecu, and the system worked flawlessly.
