Default fluctuating revs?

I just installed a turbo on my 93 Civic DX, drove it a few tines everything worked well until we parked it in the driveway, it started doing the up and down revving? About 700 up to 1300. What causes this or how do i fix it?

I guess it only does it after i spool the turbo up and it blows off. If i drive without spooling it up at all it never does it. Would an ecu tune fix this? And usually only revs up and down twice and stops after the two but the two revs are fairly quick, only when i shift from drive to park.

If your driving a turbod civic without a tune, you are nuts

Edit: Noticed you mentioned "drive" and "park". if you are driving an automatic turbod civic without a tune, you are asking for trouble... unless the trans was built to handle the power, then you are just nuts
