Hello,

This past weekend my wife and I went to Chicago for a mini vacation. Friday and Saturday everything was great. Sunday when I started the car I noticed that the fuel gauge needle had jumped up to just above half a tank. The day before it was just under half a tank. I drove about 75 miles and it never moved. Filled up the tank and the gauge went back to over the F mark like normal and began the drive home. 200 miles later and it is sitting at the half tank mark - not moving.

Any idea on what the actual problem might be? Any idea on how much it could cost to fix it?
