All the fuses are getting power, the main relay is getting power. Tried yet another new main relay and didn't get ****. I read online somewhere about placing a jump wire between ports 5 and 7, and got power to the fuel pump wires. What would I check for on the ground wires, and where is the CEL light?

Got it back from the mechanic. The only thing wrong was the o-ring seal under the MAP sensor, it was fouled. It only cost me $15 for him to find the problem and fix it.
