Default fuel system cleaners.... effective?

Hi all, i was browsing some stuffs at our local Strauss auto shop and saw a 'complete fuel system cleaner' directions say just pour the entire thing in your fuel tank and it will clean injectors, lines etc etc. this thing is $2 and FREE after rebates. My question is are these stuff for real? I dunno if this is similar to seafoams. I don't think they are.
