Default Gas Gaugue Not Working. Aftermarket Dash...

I have a 95 Civic EX. I boughtthe car usedwith an aftermarket glow gauges dash in it. The dashboard background changes like 5 different colors. Well, after I had the car about a week, I found out that the gas gauge doesnt work becauseI ran out of gas. Its stuck at a half tank. All my fuses are good. Could it be the aftermarket dash? Or, could it be that an idiot installed it? If anyone else has had this problem or knows how to fix it please let me know. Im just getting really sick of having to go by my milegae...Thanks.

thats the problem with glow gauges , you have to pull off the needles to put on the glow kit & most people either break it off or dont put them on in the right spot , maybe try to find a good used clusterat least you wont run out of gas

no, no, no, no, its the magnet that controls the gas guage isn't working, just order the correct gas gauge insert from honda, then just dissassemble your cluster and replace the gas gauge with the new unit, then reinstall, mine did the exact same thing but it stayed on full all the time.
