Default Gear Light Flashing on D

Yesterday night I was driving my car Honda Civic 2007 on D, suddenly the green light of D started flashing even after I change the gear to N, P and R but the light was flashing other lights are working properly. I have already changed the fluid few months ago. Any body have idea what is the problem. Please let me know briefly.
Thanks

its telling you something is wrong with your transmission the same way the check engine light tells you something is wrong. bring your car to an auto parts store like autozone, pep boys and they will scan it for free. without knowing what the fault code is theres nothing we can do for you other then speculate. question did you use genuine honda fluid or something different ???
