Default H-Brace popping sound???

I just installed a Megan racing H-Brace on my 2007 Si sedan. In hard turns and going over bumbs there is a loud popping sound. I tightened it down with an impact so any info would be helpful.

Impact wrenches have the potential to under torque, over torque, and break bolts. I'd take it off and see if that's the case. Use a torque wrench applying the specified torque if its not broken.

Some pneumatic impact drivers have a torque setting, but I never trust it.

Never use an impact gun to torque things. The regulator is not very accurate, and the hammering stress it puts on the bolts can cause them to break. Get a big torque bar and a decent set of sockets.

I can tell you that TWICE my Cavalier had to be returned to a service shop because the n00bs they have working the tires use the impact gun to tighten! On the Cavalier it's real easy to cross thread the lug studs, and I had 3 of them replaced on the same wheel because of it! Always start the threads by hand, and screw them down a significant ways before you start using the wrench. If it does not go down smoothly don't force it! Back out and try again! I once spent 20 minutes trying to thread my oil pan drain bolt, but that 20 minutes saves you hundreds of dollars in troubles later!
