Hard Shifting....

I have a '97 Civic m/t. When driving, shifting gears gets harder and harder. I have no problems with the clutch and can't figure this out... Any ideas?

Is your shifter also getting noticeably more loose?

Try changing your transmission fluid, it was a little rough shifting in my car but then i changed out the fluid and its wayyy more smooth now. I put in Mobil1 synthetic, i highly recommend it =)
