having trouble starting

Default having trouble starting

ok..so i was driving. and a really bad storm came...there was a tornado...and i went threw a huge puddle and my car completly shut off...and its been like 4 days and it still wont start...everytime i try to start my car it makes a really bad clicking noise. and i lose power completly to everything....any ideas...its not the battery or connection to the battery

If it's clicking, it could be the starter, or basically a dead battery (try get a boost from someone and it will recharge itself). But are you saying it was a big enough puddle that the whole underside of your car was submerged? Or did something from the bottom of the road hit your undercarriage?

But first, try get a boost. It's probably the battery.
