maybe you placed your bulb incorrectly dude? just do what you did on your right side headlight. btw what are those angel projectors? i am planning to get black headlight covers for my accord. i think that projectors is worth buying. post some pictures in here buddy

 

thanks for sharing when you found out how to adjust vertically, hopefully the same holds for my '05. Mine are way too low, and I couldn't find anything to adjust so I took it to my mechanic, and he couldn't find anything either, but i'll look closer
