I have a 01'civic, I have KYB struts all around with eibach lowering springs, on the right side only it makes a noise like the spring is catching on the strut and makes these crazy noises. Honda checked it out said its no big deal but i was curious if anything could be done about it. It sounds really bad, but they say nothing is wrong unless I make the suspension stock again. I don't want to do that!

 

You need to go to a shop that is willing to work on a lowered car. It's understandable that the Honda dealer doesn't want to touch something that is not stock.
