Default Heater Problem

My wife recently took our 04 Civic in for an oil change at Jiffy Lube. They changed some type of air filter for the air that comes into the interior of the car for heating and cooling. My problem is now I don't get any hot air flow going to the floor of the car when it is set to that location. There is actually no air blowing, in that setting even when the fan is set at the highest setting. The other setting, vents and defroster get plenty of air flow.

Anyone have any ideas?

The picture shows how to change the air filter on an 01 Civic. The process may be similar on an 04 Civic. Pull the filter out and determine whether a door/damper possibly near the filter is stuck in one position and therefore unable to change air flow.

Take it back and tell them to fix it.

Thanks, I'll give ita try when I get home.

Is there a web site that has these diagrams or pictures that I would be able to lookup?
