Help !!!!!!!!!!!!!
i have a 1998 honda civic with 146,000 miles automatic. Lately my lock up doesnt seem to want to engage when im cruising at 50mph and was wondering if theres anyway to manually engage the lock up. I have replaced the fluid and the level is good. if anyone knows of anyone who got it so they could manually engage the lock up from the drivers seat then please call me or send me a private message because im really curious on how to do it.
Thanks kyle
Thanks kyle
nothing which is the weird part and ive replaced the linear solenoid and shift control solenoid and cleaned the ends of both sensors and its still not engaging and im wondering if theres a manual way to engage it
i just did the check from my ecu when you jump the 2 pin connector with a paper clip and then turned my ignition to just on but not running and my cel just stayed on, what does this mean ???
That usually means that no codes are stored, but on an OBDII model you should scan with an OBDII scanner for more details. Does the CEL stay out while driving? Transmission problems may also cause the D4 light to blink.
