Question Help !!!!!!!!!!!!!

i have a 1998 honda civic with 146,000 miles automatic. Lately my lock up doesnt seem to want to engage when im cruising at 50mph and was wondering if theres anyway to manually engage the lock up. I have replaced the fluid and the level is good. if anyone knows of anyone who got it so they could manually engage the lock up from the drivers seat then please call me or send me a private message because im really curious on how to do it.

Thanks kyle

That usually means that no codes are stored, but on an OBDII model you should scan with an OBDII scanner for more details. Does the CEL stay out while driving? Transmission problems may also cause the D4 light to blink.
